We've got this, ladies! I have all of the tips, tricks, and hacks to getting more health promoting foods into your meal plans while eliminating those foods that are fooling us into thinking we can continue to eat them and still fight fat forever.

We will have weekly zoom sessions led by Dr. Dan and me but including some VERY special guests. Our focus during these dynamic and interactive zoom calls will be on nutrition and meal planning and prep but we will touch upon physical activity and stress relief (because what Mother-of-the-Groom doesn't need that?) Access to the recorded Zoom calls will be available in case you miss any of them.

We will be in a private Facebook Group for an interactive community of health centered women!

This Challenge is for 4 weeks. I am looking for changes to my body composition in 4 weeks. If you are looking to do the same, then let's lock arms together and get this done! Excuses and procrastination are off the table! Our time is NOW!

Meet your coaches Dr. Dan and Pam Witkowski!

Dr. Dan and Pam have been dating for 47 years and married for 40! They have 6 kids, Sarah, Leah, Nate, Anna, Jake, and David, 2 amazing sons-in-law, Dan and Mike, and 3 grandkids, Ella, Brody, and Duke.

Dan is double board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Lifestyle Medicine. He has been delivering babies and specializing in Women’s Health since 1993.

Pam practiced law for 13 years as an independent civil attorney while raising their children.

She and her husband, Dan, cultivated a joy-filled lifestyle and marriage through it all, and they decided 15 years ago to share their secret sauce with the world through their program - LifestyleDesignMD.
