Co-Founder & Medical Director, Direct Women’s Health
Dr. Daniel Witkowski is a double board-certified physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Lifestyle Medicine, specializing in women’s health for over 30 years. Since beginning his medical career in 1993, he has cared for thousands of women through every stage of life, from adolescence and fertility to menopause and beyond.
In 2022, Dr. Witkowski co-founded Direct Women’s Health with his wife, Pamela Witkowski, to create a more personal and patient-centered model of care. His mission is to provide women with direct access to compassionate, evidence-based medicine, free from the barriers of traditional healthcare systems.
As both a physician and an educator, Dr. Witkowski is passionate about helping women prevent and reverse chronic disease through the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: whole-food nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances. He combines decades of clinical expertise with an approachable, whole-person perspective—empowering women to take control of their health and thrive.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Witkowski is a husband, father of six, and grandfather of 5. His personal life reflects the same values he teaches his patients: strong family bonds, purpose-driven living, and joy in everyday moments.

He equips patients with a wide range of resources, empowering them with both knowledge and actionable steps to take charge of their health. Alongside this, Dr. Witkowski provides coaching and team support to help patients stay on track.

Pamela Witkowski has spent her life committed to helping women design healthier, more fulfilling lifestyles. Drawing on her background as an attorney, a mother of six, and a health advocate, Pamela brings a unique blend of professional experience and personal understanding to her work.
For 13 years, Pamela practiced law as an independent civil attorney while raising her family, developing a deep appreciation for the challenges women face in balancing career, family, and self-care. In 2022, she co-founded Direct Women’s Health with her husband, Dr. Daniel Witkowski, to create a welcoming, patient-centered medical practice where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Pamela is also the co-creator, with her husband Dr. Witkowski, of LifestyleDesignMD, a program dedicated to helping individuals and couples build joy-filled lives through the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection, and reducing harmful substances. Her passion lies in encouraging women to embrace practical tools for sustainable wellness, while offering the empathy and guidance that only comes from lived experience.
At Direct Women’s Health, Pamela serves as a patient advocate and community educator—supporting women not only in their medical care, but also in their journey toward long-term vitality, balance, and confidence.
