My wife Pamela and I have been running our signature LIVE 6 Week LifestyleDesignMD group program for the past 10 years. We have helped hundreds of people change their lives by showing them how simple it is to transform meals that include disease promoting foods and fake foods into meals that are full of health promoting foods and ingredients!
Your recipe for success starts with your desire to live a vibrant, disease free life. We provide the know-how (PLUS our secret sauce!) so that you can discover the pile of nourishing food that fits the lifestyle of YOU and YOUR family. Eating healthy isn’t a one-size-fits-all. Our taste buds are different, our cooking skills are different, our backgrounds are different, our families are different, our schedules are different and so our piles of food are different too!
When our family started on this journey of discovering HOW to transform our meals into health promoting meals, our goal was to make sure we not only were using foods that we loved but foods that loved us back!
Our goal is to help YOU to discover those foods and use them to prepare meals that are simple, delicious, AND nutritious. To quote my father-in-law Bob, “Foods that are delicious and nutritious make you feel ambitious!” And who doesn’t want more energy, vitality, and an overall zest for life!
We will have (6) weekly 60 minute zoom sessions led by Dr. Dan and Pam from our kitchen! We will also have some VERY special guests join us throughout the 6 weeks. Our focus during these dynamic and interactive sessions will be plant based nutrition and meal planning and prep but we will touch upon physical activity and stress relief (because who doesn't need that!) Access to the recorded Zoom sessions will be available for one week after each session in case you miss any of them.
