Do:

1~  Break up with dairy.

2~  Focus on 4 food groups:  fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains.

3~  Move every day, all day.  Go outside when possible.

4~  Get adequate sleep.  Understand your sleep habits and requirements.

5~  Pay attention to relationships.  Humans need to belong more than they need to survive.

Don't:

1~  Use tobacco.

2~  Eat processed foods. Don't eat anything enriched, hydrogenated, or that has added sugar.

3~  Shame and blame but it's okay to restart, forgive, and keep moving forward

4~   Stop learning, exploring, discovering, researching, questioning  those things that affect you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

5~  Take the easy road, instead be the BEST, challenge yourself, and get uncomfortable.
