Laura has been in the fitness industry for 7 years now teaching a variety of group classes such as cycling, boxing, lifting and yoga for companies, including ASICS and Lululemon.
Laura is a Certified Functional Strength Coach and NASM Personal Trainer.
Laura also has over 300hrs of training in YOGA and has hosted international retreats. She began practicing yoga as a way to become a more balanced athlete. Laura is a strong believer in the many benefits of yoga such as reduced stress and anxiety, decreased inflammation, increased blood flow, strength and better breathing patterns.
